1. Eligibility: The Finesse Brand Company Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Finesse Brand Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Finesse Brand Company. (the "Sponsor").

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on December 1st and ends on January 15th (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void.

5. How to Enter: a. Purchase Entry: For every five (5) dollars spent in Finesse Brand Company "Shop" earns an entry to the sweepstakes. b. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase, send a handwritten postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email address to: Finesse Brand Company Sweepstakes. Each postcard will be considered one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per postcard. All AMOE entries must be received by August 31st. c. (AMOE) Upload a picture of your car (real or sim) with the Finesse Brand Company logo and earn 1 free entry to the sweepstakes. Logo files found in the Finesse Brand Company discord.

6. Limitations on Entries: Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or which otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. There is no limit of entries per person regardless of the method of entry.

7. Prize: The winner will receive a Extreme Simracing 3.0 Chassis, Simagic Alpha Mini Wheel base, Simagic GT1 Round rim, Simagic FX Pro Wheel Rim and Simagic P2000 Pedals. The approximate retail value of the prize(s) is $4000. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Drawing and Notification: The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 1st. The winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within 14 days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent, or is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.

12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in North Carolina; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

14. Winners List: To request the name of the winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Finesse Brand Company Sweepstakes, [Address]. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
